Stay in Truth, keeping the spirit

Staying in Truth
Keeping the Spirit

My heart. My mind.

It is said in the bible that the fruits of the spirit are

Love;
Joy;
Peace;
Patience;
Kindness;
Goodness;
Faithfulness;
Gentleness;
Self-control.

And Joyce Meyer told us these are the qualities we should focus on.
With all the overwhelming waves coming along, it may be hard for individuals to discern what and who to believe in.

For one thing that I stand firmly on,
and that is God.

Every believer stands a vertical relationship with our Father God, we can knock on HIS DOOR anytime to seek His presence.
All we need to do is to spend time with Father God, fellowship with Him, so you'll dare to knock onto His door anytime.

Many times people do not seek God because they are afraid that God will not answer them. They are afraid that they fall short of grace and are afraid to knock on His door when we need help.

Nothing is more important than BEING ROOTED in Christ

Yes, we need leaders and mentors in our spiritual walk,
but we truly have to understand that it is wrong to rely on any spiritual leaders.
We can have a good relationship with them and there is nothing wrong with having good relationship with people, well the bible advocate us to have good relationships.

But relying on

 For what God want is for us to rely Only on the Holy ghost and onto Him alone not any human.

In preaching and words, they are very good resources from the churches and ministries, but we always have to bring the teachings back to God and ask the Holy ghost to bring forth a revelation for us to know that if that is from the spirit of God himself.

We cannot over spiritualized everything.
We are given a mind to think, a heart to feel, therefore balance it up. Don't feel with your mind and think with your heart.

Sermons are not sales talks trying its best to convince you.
Some may feel preachers are like motivational speakers.

They can feel like anyone you want them to be.
To me, they are teachers, mentors, and most importantly human.
